Construction of a “new generation” garden centre

Construction of this 3,050 m² “new generation” garden centre and a 1,000 m² greengrocer’s shop, integrated into a building complex subject to RT2012 thermal standards.

Brunerie et Irrissou, an architectural firm, was in charge of the project. Project management was entrusted to the firm 2CZI.

A CMF project with the E.Leclerc brand

By partnering with us, E.Leclerc is developing a new concept for its chain: “Jardi Leclerc”. This structure includes a greenhouse, a florist’s, a pet shop and a shop dedicated to gardening products.

  • Vertical walls with 4/12/44.2 double glazing and ECO KLIMA thermal break aluminium profiles
  • Natural ventilation via automatic roof vents
  • Frame management via autonomous regulator
  • Frames up to 28.00 m in length.
