New greenhouses for Les Jardins Bio des Monts-de-Gy
This “adapted” company was created in 2012 by the Franco-Swiss Association for Medical and Educational Action (Afsame), and the organic market gardening operation, developed over the years, plays a role in integrating workers with disabilities and social difficulties.
Construction of production and storage greenhouses
- Phase 1:
Double-walled cold production greenhouse with 7 bays, 12.80 m wide, covering 9,730 m² with a height under the gutter/ridge of 5.50 m/8.50 m. - Phase 2:
Double-walled storage greenhouse with insulated steel trays, comprising three 12.80 m bays covering 1,380 m² with a height under the eaves/ridge of 6 m/9 m.
Cold production greenhouse with inflated walls, comprising four 9.60 m bays covering 5,220 m² with a height under eaves/ridge of 5.50 m/7.70 m.
