CMF’s technical resources
For the construction of production and retail greenhouses worldwide, CMF has a solid, comprehensive industrial organization. From design to delivery to installation, everything is under control.
Project definition and order processing
For each project :
The project is defined and a quote is drawn up. At the end of this phase, final plans are drawn up for the construction project.
Engineering Department
The engineering department performs the following work :
- Construction site engineering (design calculations and projections)
- Design package
- Development of new products
We also have design offices specializing in in the following equipment and accessories:
- Shade systems
- Heating
- Electricity
- Handling
- Irrigation
Scheduling – purchasing – shipping department
This department provides the following services :
- Technical data management
- Stocks and procurement management
- Production control
- Loading and shipping
- Construction scheduling
This department is the keystone of the organization, ensuring that construction goes according to plan, with reliable, on-time delivery.
Production Facilities
At the 25,000 m2 of production and assembly facilities, the following work is performed:
- Aluminum machining
- Production of trellis beams
- Cutting of steel girders
- Profiling of steel tubes
- Bending
Quality control is performed throughout the production process, and in particular before shipping. This process has been optimized by the development of machinery specifically designed for greenhouse construction.
Assembly
CMF has assembly staff on hand, available to work worldwide. Construction management is supervised by foremen specialized in greenhouse construction, for maximum efficiency.
The foremen remain in constant contact with the various departments involved, and can readjust certain technical issues as necessary. They also stay in contact with the sales department.
